My girlfriends & I were spending the day in Kyoto & Tomo was our guide. She was so sweet & shared so much knowledge about the sites we visited, & Japanese culture in general. Her English was great. We had a fantastic day, thanks to her! Highly recommend.

We have booked with Tomo on two different occasions and she is simply the best! She is so easy to work with and does a wonderful job of suggesting routes and locations to visit based on the group size, ages of guests and mobility. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and very fun to talk with. I’ve learned so much from her and really enjoy all the time I’ve gotten to spend with her. I cannot recommend her enough!

I had a great experience with Tomo. This was my first yoga retreat in Kyoto and brought 13people from US. I born and raised in Chiba, Japan so not familiar in Kyoto. Most of people have never been to Japan in my group so they asked me a lot of questions about Kyoto and Japanese culture and I was not able to answers all of them. Last day, We met Tomo and she took us to Jyushoin for Zen meditation and Taikoin for matcha. She translated what monk said and answered questions. Her knowledge and english are amazing. If you need a guide and translator, I really recommend her. She is kind and charming. Arigatou gozaimasu, Tomosan.
