Ai Hasegawa Was absolutely brilliant in her role as a guide. She was knowledgeable and kind. Nothing was hard for her .She made our stay in Kyoto so seamless and memorable. We were absolutely delighted with her personal attributes and her knowledge and experience as a guide. We would whole heartedly recommend her to everyone who requires her service.

I had the pleasure of finding Ai to help with a trip to Kyoto for myself and my wife. Ai was very helpful with planning our time in Kyoto and arranged the Zazen experience at Daishin-in Temple (highly recommend!). We were met after the time at Daishin-in, and taken to Kinkakuji temple and Nijo-jo Castle. We learned so much and very much enjoyed our day and cannot thank Ai enough for her help. She made sure everything was comfortable at each step and her communication at all times was excellent. I very highly recommend Ai.

Ai has profound knowledge on historical Nara. She was also passionate when sharing the history. We explored beautiful areas in the park that were less crowded. Overall an informative and animated tour under Ai’s guidance

Ai is just so wonderful! We were so lucky to have her as our tour guide at both Nijo Castle and later that day on a cooking class experience. She made the castle tour so educational and interesting. Imagine our surprise when later that evening she turned out to be our chef for a cooking class! She was an amazing instructor for both us adults and our children. We made some very tasty dishes and had a ton of fun. We will always cherish these memories with Ai and truly hope to see her again with a future visit. Thank you, Ai!!
