Hello! I am Roberto, a Peruvian living in Japan for over 25 years. My long experience here has given me a unique insight into both the must-see tourist spots and the intricacies of Japanese society, all from the perspective of a foreigner interested in the japanese society and culture.
I will be happy to share and guide you through the ancient history of Kyoto, its impressive streets, temples, and shrines. Not only that, I want to immerse you in what makes Japanese society truly special and unique. Think of me as a guide ready to tell you in detail about the historical places we will visit in a fun and engaging way, just like I would with a friend or family member visiting Kyoto.
The goal is to make sure you have an enjoyable and memorable day. That is my objective!

Guiding the world champion in Kyoto
I had the pleasure of guiding Nicolás Tagliafico, a member of the current World Champion team, Argentina, and his wife, the model Caro Calvagni, through Kyoto. We spent two days together, and I showed them the most popular places in the city.
He gave me a Lyon jersey, the club where he currently plays, and signed it in front of me. -
Sudden visit to Kyoto
I was contacted through this page with very little time; fortunately, I had the day available. Originally from Andorra, they arrived from Nagano in the morning and had to return at night without staying in Kyoto. We visited the Golden Pavilion, Nijo Castle, and Fushimi Inari, and they also tried sukiyaki with wagyu beef at Nishiki Market. Then, in the evening, I took them to Kyoto Station.
