The tour was amazing! Our guide Saki was such a knowledgeable and impressive tour guide. We visited and learned about all the major Kyoto sites. Also we had time for a great lunch and a wonderful shopping experience. Overall, it was a superb day! Highly recommend her.

Everything went quite smoothly, and the Kyoto Day Tour with Saki was amazing.

We were a group of 6 adults visiting Kyoto for the first time. From our first email exchanges with Saki, we realized that she was very organized and communicated very clearly in English. We had an itinerary set a month in advance. Meeting Saki in person just confirmed our first impression. Saki is very knowledgeable about the sites of interest but what we found was even more important was how she gave us the background in terms of the key periods in Japan history, the interaction between the different religions, the food, among other key facts. Saki made our experience amazing by showing us the local culture, riding in public transportation, eating at local restaurants (great gyozas and soba noodles). I would highly recommend Saki to anyone looking for a highly knowledgeable person in the history and culture of Japan and as someone you will have a fun time during a day of touring Kyoto.
